In concrete terms, your cleaning manager takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of your home: dusting of furniture, skirting boards, doors, floor cleaning, scrubbing of bathrooms and toilets, cleaning of the kitchen (surfaces and worktops, hobs, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc.), window washing, ventilation of your home, storage, etc. All these routine maintenance tasks are listed with you in an initial specification that allows you to specify your expectations.

Your equipment and products

Our cleaning services are carried out with your equipment and products. This is part of the obligations for cleaning companies registered as personal service companies benefiting from the tax credit (according to the finance law in force). You therefore provide your cleaning manager with gloves, cloths, tea towels, vacuum cleaners and cleaning products. The equipment must be in good working order, for the cleaning service to be satisfactory. Thus, with your equipment and cleaning products, the cleaning is done according to your habits. Our cleaning services in practice

1- Home visit

Free and without obligation, it allows:

  • to learn about your expectations and requirements,
  • to identify the specifics of your home (do you have pets, for example?)

2- Defining the intervention schedule of your cleaning manager

Following the visit, depending on the surface area of your accommodation, and the quantity of tasks to be performed, you will choose a slot of 4 hours / week or more or less.
The hourly volume and the day of intervention is defined with the manager, according to your availability and the possibilities for the person who is recommended to you.

3- Drawing up the specifications

This document is the link between you (a client of the company as de Carreau) and our employee. It accompanies the contract we make together. During this administrative phase, the issues of paid leave (which you don’t have to worry about), notice (1 month), insurance, etc. will be explained. You are protected and so is our employee. Mutual trust and respect are part of our company’s values.

4- The first day of cleaning

For the first cleaning service at your home, the manager is there and introduces you to the person to whom he entrusts the task of working at your home. This meeting is a key moment, the “feeling” must be good for everyone. Our professionalism is based on trust and transparency.

5- Quality, efficient and regular work
Your cleaning manager then intervenes at your home on a regular basis, at the defined times and days. If there are any changes, if you are unavailable, notify the company as soon as possible.

The main phases
Our housekeeping services with qualified staff in Saint-Louis and surroundings
On the occasion of a visit visit we make up a list of tasks together with you as well as a list of your expectations and requirements.
We select one of our employees for you. On the occasion of the first work session at your home we will accompany the selected employee to introduce her to you.
We will join her during the first appointment in order to explain the work to be done while you are present.
We also prepare a message booklet which you can use to leave messages to our employee if you are going to be absent while she works at your home.
A regular follow-up of your requirements and your satisfaction will be made throughout the service contract.
