All our employees are hired on permanent contracts by the company As de Carreau. We pay them a monthly salary, we contribute to their retirement, take care of their health insurance, etc. You have no constraints on this side: you are a customer, we are an employer.

Obviously, each employee also benefits from 5 weeks of paid leave per year worked. Often, families prefer to wait for the return of their dedicated cleaning and ironing manager*. This seems quite normal to us: a relationship of trust has been built up over time and you agree your schedules together.

Depending on your requirements, however, during the holidays of your cleaning and ironing manager, you can choose to ask for a replacement. We will then offer you solutions adapted to your needs according to the availability of our staff.
