Depending on your requirements and preferences, according to the availability of our staff, we agree together on the day of the intervention. As de Carreau works with fixed schedules: the cleaning hours at your home take place on the same day, every week. It’s easier for you and for us.
You can temporarily suspend your services free of charge, in the event of a holiday for example (give 1 month’s notice). You can also change the number of hours of your services according to your needs and ask for overtime on an occasional basis: spring cleaning, preparation of your home before the holidays…
No teleoperators, no telephone platforms, no AI or chatbots! By email or telephone, you are in direct contact with the manager of the company. He is able to answer all your questions and expectations.
No unnecessary paperwork! Your cleaning manager is our employee: you are a customer of the company As de Carreau. You will receive a monthly invoice for the cleaning and ironing services carried out at your home during the past month and a tax certificate each year. You do not have to take any action. We manage all the formalities related to employment (social security contributions, paid leave, retirement, complementary health insurance, etc.) and ensure, if you wish, continuity of service in the event of absence.

Delegate your cleaning and ironing to professionals and benefit from a tax credit. Our company has prefectural approval to work in private homes. As de Carreau is a personal services company. As such, all our customers benefit from a 50% reduction or tax credit on the sums spent on our home cleaning and ironing services.

The company As de Carreau issues you your tax certificate every year.
Monthly payment upon receipt of invoice according to the number of hours worked, by bank debit, bank transfer, cheque, etc. We advise you to dematerialize your contacts with the company: request your invoice in electronic format, it will be sent directly to you each month to your email address, in pdf format.
Payment by CESU is accepted.

You only pay for the hours of cleaning and ironing: our company does not charge membership fees or subscriptions. You are free to change your mind at any time, as long as you respect the one-month notice period set by the contract you signed.
This notice allows us to ensure continuity of work for the person who works at your home. Indeed, customer satisfaction is as valuable to us as the satisfaction of our employees.
